    I agree-this company is a scam, ripoff. I thought I would also try the Free 30day trial,not only was I billed for$64.92, they sent another order without my consent and charged the same. I reported them and filed a complaint with my card company,and will file a complaint with BBB following this entry.   • Stay Away!



    This company has fraudulent practices. As a few others have noted, they advertise a 30 day free trial for shipping costs, but in very fine print, tell you that in 10 days, they will bill you for the regular price unless you return it! I sent e-mail to customer service stating that I did not want the product, then 5 months later, received a bill for the first bottle. No other communication!     This company offers a "Free trial"charging you just shipping and handling. What they don't tell you is that they charge an additional $59.95 two weeks later and enroll you against your will in an autopay program which you have not asked for which charges an additional 65 dollars every month to your account. When I returned the item, they promised to issue a refund, for the second shipment, not the first, which they wrongly claimed was my responsibility. The bank somehow never received their refund.     I wish that I had read about this website and/or product prior to ordering. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. I ordered the product for the supposed 4.95 shipping charge and after ordering and not receiving the product in a timely manner, my card was charged for $44.95, NOT $4.95.     Trying to work with this company is a joke. They have their phone lines set up so you can't get through. They give you a website that is also a scam. They give you a number called an RMA number that is worthless.     This company should be run out of business. I went online for the free trial offer pay only $4.95 shipping. What a crock. My credit card was billed the same day for a charge of $44.90 for my signing up for a Lifestyle Program. I did not sign for this--but they sure billed my credit card.     I agreed to what I thought was a 14-day free trail where I only paid shipping. I canceled the order within the first week. I DID NOT SEE THE SMALL PRINT on the web site showing terms and conditions to be that there was a charge of $39.95 if I didn't return the bottle within 14 days.     THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER! To make a long story short.... after a person orders from their $4.95 trail offer they send you $44 dollars worth of product and charge it to your charge card.   • Getting taken



    Not that you people care but taking people and giving out a bad product will do nothing but bring bad things to you. Why not make a product you can be proud of, live up to your promises and watch your business prosper. Instead you take people's money and turn your back. Nothing good will come of it.     I ordered the crap and paid $1.95. They said I was the millionth customer and would receive a free gift if they could just get my address AGAIN. NEVER got the free gift.     I hope you read this review before you order! This is a pure scam. I was over charged and sent items that were not ordered. I am afraid to use the products I did order because a company that uses these tactics probably isn't selling what they are advertising.     I ordered AcaiPure approx 11/13/08. I rec'd verification of my order on 11/14/08 stating my order would be shipped in 2-3 business days. Guess what? I have never rec'd my order. I tried to email the company at their email address listed and it was returned to me as a failure. Somebody please do something about this outfit. This company is a JOKE and full of BS! I ordered the trial of AcaiPure and Colotox but returned the unused bottles within the time period stated. Two weeks later, they charge my credit card of $38.95 and $39.95. I call them to dispute it, and they claim they never got the merchandise returned. t\They want me to tell them when I sent it, and also how much the package weighed (so they can be sure I sent BOTH bottles and not just the one. UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! I hope this company and its founder rot in hell!

They are pre selected for you with the hopes that you do not notice them and no where on the confirmation email or on the web page itself does it 'remind you' that they where purchased. you only notice it when you receive your order in the mail. You thought you spent 5.95, when you actually got billed 45.90. when you call customer care, if you can get through, we are told to act surprised that this happened and then shift the blame on the customer.If we actually allow you to return the items, don't forget about 15% restocking fee for the product you never ever ordered.

Our one biggest fear is credit card disputes. If you want your money back, make sure that is the 1st thing you say when talking to a rep, we will get a manger to refund the card instantly.The company is unable to keep employees, the turn over rate is unbelievable. All employees that are not 'supervisors' are strictly there for a pay check, but all do feel really bad for the consumers.You are all being scammed.It is hard to listen day after day to elderly people or single mothers tell there stories about how the company has now made their bank accts over drawn because they were unaware of the upsells or monthly withdraws.

The company makes its money hoping that customers will not be aware of the trial period terms and conditions or the return policy, which is very hard to understand.We treat all customers as liars and scammers, but this is how we are trained by management.The owner is very proud of himself that he has found this loop hole on the internet. He is a very cocky man that likes to brag about his business and flaunt his 'success' about the offices. Make sure when you see him driving around Tempe or Scottsdale Az in his $100, 000 mercedes, you say hello..

I also was ripped off by the "free trial offer". They did not ship it until after 16 days and after I had asked them to cancel the order. Then a few weeks later I was charged another $38.95. Tried to dispute with Discover card. Initialy they removed the charge then re-instated it upon this company's insistence that it was legitimate. Still trying to resolve.

I too ordered a product and waited too long for the first order. I was charged the 44.90 3 weeks ago for the second order and still haven't received it. Wait time on the phone was 72 minutes, can't email them without an order #, where is that found?

I noiced a charge on my account by of $39.95 after my free sample was sent. I have spoken to my credit card account holder and they will be filing a fraud compliant against your company, I need for you to credit my account back the 39.95 and cease all shipping and charges to my account. This company is a very bad deal!! I only ordered a $4.95 trial offer. I was then billed $44.96 right away. I did not want any of this stuff. A month later they billed me $44.90 and called and waited for 2 hours on hold. They said it was just delivered today. This was 10 days later of billing. The wouldn't credit me anything. I think this company is very bad and would't use their products if I had to!! Be very aware!! It's a scam.

I was taken by the same company but under a different product name. I have never heard of this company before nor I have I ever ordered anything from them. But, alas I recieved a product called hoodiburst and hoodiwater from them, they charged my account $44.85, I don't even know how they got my info. Then when I caled them they were very rude, called me a liar and told me that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee to return the products.

I am a very upset customer. no only did me original FREE TRIAL cost me $40.00. today your company billed my account another 39.95. I have already called and request no more products or charges. How many times does a person have to do this. I hate to think your company deliberatly defrauds its customers but with current events and all the bad review I have found since order the free trial on line- I can only assume that your company and its leaders are dishonest and are playing the loop holes in the law to get away with this fraud on such a large scale- I will make one more attempt to have my name removed from your list and the lastest charge reversed as I have no received nor have I ordered any more of you products- if this attempt fails. A lawyer- although the cost will be much greater- seams like the next step as it is the principle of the matter.
